La Madre Peaks
Summerlin village named for the La Madre Mountains. Elevated views, traditional southwest aesthetic.
La Madre Peaks is one of Summerlin’s established western villages, named for the La Madre Mountains visible to the west. The character is established single-family with the traditional southwest architectural vocabulary common to mid-2000s Summerlin construction — stucco exteriors, tile roofs, desert landscaping, and the parks-and-trails layout typical of the master-plan.
Builders included national production firms (Pulte, KB, Lennar, Ryland-now-Lennar) and selected semi-custom shops. Architectural style trends traditional-southwest. Home sizes range roughly 1,800 to 4,000 square feet, with selected larger semi-custom on elevated lots.
Lot sizes typically run 6,000-9,500 square feet. Master HOA fees are approximately $90-$140/month. Resale prices typically range $600K to $1M, with renovated and view-lot homes at the upper end.
