SBLV stands for Small Businesses in Las Vegas. It’s a forthcoming property at sblv.biz that will surface, profile, and connect the locally-owned small businesses that make the valley actually feel like a place to live rather than a transient stop on the Strip. Taco joints. Family-owned auto shops. The barbershop that’s been on the same corner for thirty years. The cooking instructor with three students at a time. The valley is full of these businesses, and most never get the visibility they deserve because the marketing landscape is built for chains.

Why Ian is building it

Ian has been a Las Vegas Realtor since 2006. In that time he’s built relationships with the small-business owners who serve his real-estate clients — the contractors, inspectors, lenders, painters, landscapers, movers, cleaners, and the dozens of other trades and services that come up in every transaction. He’s also a content creator (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) who naturally profiles Vegas places in his real-estate content — taco spots, restaurants, neighborhood corners. SBLV is the formal extension of those two threads. The real-estate audience and the local-business community both win when the connection is real.

What’s on the SBLV roadmap

The full property at sblv.biz is in build. Initial scope: directory of Vegas-area small businesses by category, profile pages with owner stories, integration with Ian’s content channels for cross-promotion, and a referral pipeline for Palast Realty Group clients who need a trusted local-business introduction for any service they need around their home or move.

Practically, SBLV gives Palast Realty Group clients a vetted referral network.
